We’re kicking off the Neokaal engineering and product blog.

Nothing fancy yet — just a steady stream of notes on what we’re building, what’s improving, and what’s coming next. Over the next few weeks, we will write about:

• Early architecture decisions
• Detailed release notes and updates
• Internal tools we’re building
• Experiments, prototypes, and dead ends (the interesting ones)
• Thoughts on long-term direction
